Bringing Osteopathic Treatment to Your Home

My aim as an osteopath is to help you move more easily, feel more comfortable, and return to the activities you enjoy - and quickly.

“The treatment Elizabeth provided was not only effective but also brought fast relief to my symptoms. I was impressed by how quickly I started feeling better, and I felt well-cared for throughout the entire process. “

I am the only dedicated mobile osteopath in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, providing hands-on treatment in your own home - saving you time and minimising the stress of getting to a clinic appointment.

Appointments

Home appointments are typically twice as long as clinic appointments, to give me time to find out the history of your symptoms and the treatment journey you may already have had; and after the treatment to take you through any stretches, exercises and recommendations to help speed your recovery and prevent recurrence. Treatment time is typically about 30 minutes, depending on what it suitable for you.

A first appointment home visit is £100 for 75-90 minutes; and follow up appointments are £90 for 60-75 minutes.

If you feel a clinic appointment would suit you better, there are local clinics around Northampton, Daventry and Towcester and there is a searchable list of registered osteopaths on the website of our professional body, the General Osteopathic Council. Local clinic appointment costs vary from £72-£92 for 30-60 minutes for a new patient (as of Spring 2026). Follow up appointments are £55-£65 for 30-45 minutes.

If you would like to talk things through or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. I am always happy to have an informal conversation and advise on whether osteopathic treatment may be helpful for you.

How I Help

Expert Care, Without Leaving Home

Enjoy high-quality osteopathic treatment in the comfort of your own home. There’s no travel, no waiting rooms - just calm, focused care in a place where you already feel relaxed.

Care That Fits Your Everyday Life

By seeing you in your own space, I can understand how you sit, work, and move day to day. This helps me tailor your treatment and offer practical advice that supports your recovery in real life, not just in the clinic.

Appointments That Work Around You

Your time is important. Home visits offer flexible appointment times and a more unrushed experience, so you can stay consistent with your care and feel supported every step of the way.

About Me

Why I Became an Osteopath

My journey into osteopathy began with a simple back problem. After going for a run, I developed back pain and, like many people do, searched online for treatment. A local osteopath’s website came up. I didn’t really know what osteopathy was at the time, but I decided to give it a try.

Why See a Mobile Osteopath?

I offer the same training, experience, and quality of care you would expect in a clinic - but so much more convenient, particularly if travelling is difficult or time-consuming for you.

A home visit means:

  • Being treated in a familiar, relaxed environment

  • No travel time, waiting rooms, or parking

  • No need to arrange childcare (or dog-sitting)

  • Longer, unhurried appointments (but short and snappy if you need it!)

  • Flexible times, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
