As an osteopath, my job is to get you more mobile, with less pain or stiffness, and returning to the activities you enjoy. I will listen to you and talk about your symptoms, and based on this and what I find when I examine you, come up with a diagnosis and an explanation of what is causing your pain. I will give you a timescale of how long it might take to resolve your problem, and give advice on how to avoid future issues. For ongoing problems like arthritis, we will talk about how to manage your symptoms and maximise your mobility.
